CLASS DESCRIPTION: This is a choreography focused class. We'll go through a warm up and drills before learning a short routine. Class is a fusion of African and Afro Urban dance styles primarily focused on Western and Central Africa and the Diaspora.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Sabar is a dance from the Wolof people of Senegal, West Africa. This class will introduce you so some basic foundations of Sabar dance. We’ll do a brief warmup them learn a few basic steps and put them together into a very short phrase. This class will be with Mbalax music (Senegalese/Gambian pop music).
